Palta ARTbound Limited Edition

Unbound Gravel, often called the “Super Bowl of Gravel,” has taken place annually in Emporia, Kansas, USA since 2006. Over the years, it has become a cornerstone of the rapidly growing gravel racing scene.

To celebrate this iconic event and the participation of the Enough Cycling Collective, Basso has created a one-of-a-kind frame: the Palta ARTbound Limited Edition.

The art of the performance

After years of racing Unbound, Enough Cycling’s riders recognized that a strong performance at this race is like an art masterpiece — a mix of intuition, skill, and improvisation.
At the same time, a day in the Flint Hills leaves an imprint on the rider, just as an artwork marks its creator.

No Two Rides Alike

Born for the endless roads of the Midwest, this bike carries the soul of those who ride not just to compete, but to leave something behind.

Each frame is hand-painted with raw brushstrokes in Vicenza, Italy, making every piece a unique work of art.

A mark on the Kansas dirt.
Every artist leaves a trace. Every ride, a mark.

The bike’s off-white finish mirrors the pale, dusty soil of the Kansas plains. Beneath that surface, raw, expressive brushstrokes reveal the Enough Cycling – Natural Reflection livery.
No two bikes are the same — each one a canvas, each ride a story, each race a chance to give everything.

Limited edition Debut: Mattia De Marchi – Unbound 200

The first ARTbound Edition will be ridden by Mattia De Marchi, Enough Cycling’s top men’s athlete and a Lifetime Grand Prix competitor, in the 2025 Unbound 200 Gravel Race.
Following a 5th-place finish in the previous edition, Mattia will once again aim for the top of the leaderboard in the race’s queen distance.
