Mike Egger AKA Mike Mono
This is one of them. It all started when, during the Eurobike Show 2022, we challenged Mike Mono: are you ready to ride one of our Palta equipped for an ultracycling gravel race?
What does it mean?
It means pedaling without support for 787 km and over 16,500 meters of positive altitude difference, through one of the most remote and challenging places in Europe: the Desierto de Gorafe in Andalusia.
The result was a 52-hour crossing between incredible landscapes, such as the sandstone cliffs of Los Coloraos or the beach of Playa de Monsul, and Spanish villages where time seems to have stopped. Mike burned over 33,000 calories.
